		<description>I know how you feel. I often worry about everything and obsess over things others wouldn&#039;t. i can tell you it isn&#039;t healthy.

Never be embarrassed about your emtions. In terms of confronting people. I would ask my self these questions:

1. Have they hurt me physically or emotionally?
2. Is it worth advising them so they don&#039;t hurt anyone else?

If yes to both then let them know and tell them how it made you feel. If not, foget it and keep busy. Idle minds wander.
